Delivery Options Overview
Smart Samaan offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through Daewoo FastEx or more quickly via Leopards Courier. We offer same day delivery within Wah Cantt and Taxila areas. On this page you’ll find an overview of all available shipping methods. Order placed after 04:00PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Please note: Items purchased on sale cannot be Exchanged or Returned.
NO CASH REFUNDs. Only E-Vouchers will be issued for any returned/exchanged article.
If a customer is unhappy with a purchase, all product(s) can be exchanged within 2 days from the delivery date. Please get in touch with the support team at info@smartsamaan.com or WhatsApp: +92-304-0007582 before returning the product. Please note that the product must be in unused condition with the price tag attached along with the purchase invoice. The return delivery charges and the actual delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Smart Samaan online store;
In case of any complaints regarding the order, Smart Samaan will exchange if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our Team’s part, In such a situation, please contact the customer service center by emailing pictorial proof/images of the defected product at info@smartsamaan.com or by calling/texting at +92-304-0007582 within 2 days of the receiving of the order.
