The Programmable Isolated 4-Channel Smart Gate Driver Board (SGD-ISP4S) is a state-of-the-art module that offers full isolation and control for SiC, IGBT, and MOSFET switches. It is ideal for high-speed inverter prototyping, especially in research and educational settings. Additionally, it has an onboard MCU that generates various PWM signals like Square, Quasi-Square, ANDed, Unipolar Sine PWM, Bipolar Sine PWM, and Independent PWM. As a result, it provides great flexibility for different applications.

Furthermore, the board includes a USB Type-C port for easy PC connection. Using the Smart Gate Driver (SGD) software, users can program PWM types and parameters, allowing for precise control. It also provides output voltages of 3.3V and 12V, which can power external circuits. Moreover, the four fully isolated channels ensure reliable operation in high-power applications. There is also a 4-pin general-purpose IO header that generates 3.3V logic-level PWM signals at 1Hz, 5Hz, 10Hz, and 50Hz.

Thanks to its ultra-low propagation delay and high common-mode immunity, the SGD-ISP4S is perfect for high-frequency applications like ZVS and ZCS topologies. This ensures minimal signal distortion and reliable performance.
