If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, all product(s) can be exchanged within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product. Please note that the product must be in unused condition with the price tag attached along with the purchase invoice.
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will exchange if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our Team’s part, In such a situation, please contact our customer service center by emailing us pictorial proof/images of the defected product at email@example.com or by calling us at +92-304-0007582 within 2 days of the delivery date.
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email, and the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply accordingly. Furthermore, we hold the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
